Catering Assistant Qualifications & Requirements
Join our growing team! Chick-fil-A 7th and Fig is looking for an experienced Catering Assistant to help maintain and grow our catering channel division. We hire the friendliest people who have a heart for customer service and want to work in a community-minded restaurant setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to Catering Manager and assist with all outside sales-related duties
- Deliver and prepare setups for catering orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Communicate with guests to confirm orders and provide exceptional service
- Make recommendations for specific business catering needs to ensure continuous improvement
- Process orders both systematically and operationally
- Assist Kitchen and ensure timeliness and quality in preparing orders
- Communicate with Leadership Team regarding Upcoming Orders
- When all orders are cared for, the Catering Assistant will function in other roles throughout the business including the kitchen and front counter
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (documentation required)
- Reliable Transportation
- Schedule Flexibility (Including Nights & Saturdays)
- Excellent Communication Etiquette
