We are looking for a leader who has a background in retail business, with an exemplary work ethic and who can influence people to do their best. This person must be able to strive for improvement, be goal and result-oriented, and able to wear different hats when necessary.
The job involves managing the store operations which includes but is not limited to the following:
· Staff scheduling
· Inventory Control
· Establishing Sales Goals
· Employee Management – recruitment, training, coaching & firing (if necessary)
· Point of contact for Customer & Vendor relations
· Making sure that the stores are functioning efficiently
· Plans, execute and monitor projects
This position reports directly to the CEO of the company
Requirements:
· At least 5 years’ experience in management in retail industry;
· Proficient in Office Administration
· Computer literate
· Strong written and communications Skills
· Has an "excellent service" mentality
· Sales background & Inventory knowledge is a must
· College Degree holder
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 per year
