We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team to help us open a new restaurant location in Highland Park. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, hands-on, a team player, lead by example and maintain our standards of guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Hiring, training and mentoring new FOH team
- Payroll
- Inventory management & ordering for FOH
- Setup and manage vendor accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales, cost & performance reports
- Ensure health, safety and sanitation requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of managerial experience in the food service and hospitality industry
- Knowledge of German & Belgian beers preferred
- Efficient in Toast POS software and reporting
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible schedule, availability on weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
