Description:
As Town Club F&B Manager, this position is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of short and long term goals and the management of all Food & Beverage operations for the front of the house and stewarding as well as working closely with the culinary team. The incumbent will assist on the development of financial, marketing plans and objectives and management within those approved plans, Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
Food & Beverage outlets as well as catering and special events.

- Excellent communication skills, both in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a high-volume operation.
- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.
- Able to learn how to operate any software or program used in FB and club operations.
- Four year college degree or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels and restaurants preferred.
- Four to five years of experience in a related position preferred.
- Requires advanced knowledge of principles and practices in Food & Beverage/Hospitality.
- Requires knowledge managing people, complex problems solving and food and beverage management.
- Ability to study, analyze, and interpret complex activities/ events.
- Must possess highly developed communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, members, guests, and /or clients.
